Shipping policy

Effective for orders placed on or after September 12, 2026. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms agreed when ordered and applicable consumer law.

Free worldwide air shipping

Arden & Beam offers free worldwide air shipping from Handan, China. Shipping is free; import duties, import taxes and customs clearance or brokerage charges are not included.

Delivery time

Delivery can be as fast as 3-7 calendar days, with all orders delivered within 15 calendar days of placing your order. This is the total order-to-delivery period, including order preparation, not an additional period after dispatch.

If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived within 15 calendar days, email thb2834853045@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where required. This does not limit your legal remedies for late or failed delivery.

Import duties, taxes and customs

The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance or brokerage charges. Arden & Beam does not cover these charges. Product prices and free shipping do not include these import costs.

Customs or the carrier may request payment before release, at delivery or through a later invoice. The amount depends on the destination, product classification and local rules; we cannot quote a single worldwide tax rate. Check with your local customs authority before ordering if you need an estimate.

Taxes, if any, collected at checkout are identified there. This does not by itself mean that destination import charges have been prepaid. The same charge should not be collected twice; contact us with your order and the carrier's invoice if you believe it has been.

Please respond to customs requests and provide accurate delivery details. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of unpaid charges or an incorrect address, contact us so we can review redelivery or return options and disclose any actual costs before agreeing a solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Dispatch and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we add the carrier and tracking information to your order and send a shipping update using the contact details provided at checkout. Follow the tracking link in that message or your order status page. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If an order is sent in more than one parcel, check each tracking number.

Address changes and delivery problems

For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has started. Report missing parcels, transit damage or incorrect items with your order number and any available photographs so we can investigate. Please keep the packaging where practical; photographs help us assess a claim but do not replace your legal rights.

Returns and contact

Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the 30-day return-request process and who pays return shipping. Do not send a return to the business or dispatch address unless we have confirmed it as your return address.
