Using the store and placing an order

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the product, variant, quantity, price, currency and delivery details before paying. Keep your order confirmation for reference. Contact us promptly to correct an error or request cancellation.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Product information and installation

Review the photographs, dimensions, materials, finish, light source and variant details for the item you select. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. If information is unclear, ask us to confirm it before purchase; this does not remove your rights if an item is not as described.

Before ordering, confirm the fixture's voltage, fittings and suitability for your location. Hardwired lights must be installed by a qualified local electrician in accordance with applicable requirements. Do not install a damaged or unsafe fixture. We do not make a blanket claim that every product holds every country's electrical certification.

Prices, payment and import charges

Review the currency and final amount shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered there. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or payment fees.

We offer free worldwide air shipping. Product prices and free shipping do not include destination import duties, import taxes or customs clearance and brokerage fees. Applicable import charges are the recipient's responsibility, not paid by Arden & Beam. See our Shipping Policy for details. Taxes collected at checkout, if any, are identified there and do not by themselves confirm that import charges are prepaid.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Keep account access details secure and tell us if you believe an order or account has been used without authorization.

Appropriate use and website content

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided for shopping and information. Intellectual property rights in product photographs, text and other content remain with their respective owners; using this store does not transfer those rights to you.

Questions, complaints and legal rights

If you have a complaint, email us with your order number and the issue so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your right to use available dispute-resolution channels. Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms, that law takes priority.
